Steps
1 Place the parts evenly in the low-temperature cold box;
2 Connect the connecting pipe of the low-temperature liquid nitrogen storage tank or tank truck, pay attention to fixing, and prevent the filling liquid nitrogen from falling off or flying out and causing injury;
3 Use liquid nitrogen to immerse all the processed parts, if insufficient due to volatilization, liquid nitrogen must be supplemented;
4 According to the size and wall thickness of the parts, soak until the temperature of each part is stable, and use thermocouple measurement to ensure the uniformity of the temperature of each part of the part;
5 According to the relevant requirements of 3.1, the continuous heat preservation time meets the requirements;
6 After the parts are taken out with special tools and restored to the ambient temperature, they are repeatedly put into the liquid nitrogen cold box according to the requirements of 3.2.3-3.2.5, and the secondary treatment is performed again;
7 Take out the parts again with special tools and restore them to the ambient temperature; 3.2.8 After the low temperature treatment is over, follow-up processing can be carried out.
